Can you believe it is mid-April already? What the heck, if time always moves this fast, I am going to be old *gasps* in no time! Luckily, the food secrets I am sharing this month will help keep us looking youthful and radiant longer than our parents (sorry, Mom 😘).
Last week, I focused on the amazing avocado with the “Ageless Avocado” smoothie, and this week I am going to share another anti-aging smoothie that is perfect for a warm summer day!
Today, I am featuring the Anti-aging Pineapple Green Smoothie. This blend highlights enzyme-rich pineapple, potassium-rich banana, antioxidant-rich avocado, vitamin/mineral-rich leafy greens, and fresh ginger! This combination is a great way to protect your body from premature aging and chronic inflammation.
