Return and Exchanges

We think you’re going to love your Essentially Haitos products. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 60 days of purchase.

Been a bit longer? We’ve got you covered. You can return your products for store credit up to 90 days after your original purchase.

To report a damaged product, quality or shipping issue, please contact our customer service team for assistance: karen@essentiallyhaitos.com.

Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).

Exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only.

Essentially Haitos monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Essentially Haitos' sole discretion.

Please know that we appreciate your business and will do our absolute best to ensure your experience with us is a positive one.

What can I do?

In the unhappy event any of your products arrives damaged, please contact us via email at karen@essentiallyhiatos.com as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. If possible, attach a picture of the damaged item in your email.

May I change / cancel my order?

Absolutely! Please contact us via email at karen@essentaillyhaitos.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will change or cancel it per your request.
