What is your shipping policy?
Orders are typically sent out within 1-2 business days (Monday - Saturday) via USPS.
What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. It is, however, our utmost priority that you are happy with your Essentially Haitos experience, so under certain conditions we may accept an exchange. Also, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in anyway - we will address that on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately so we can find a solution that works for both of us.
Please note that we are not responsible for products lost during an exchange (products returned to us, not the new item shipped to you). Also, any additional shipping costs incurred during an exchange are the responsibility of the consumer and will not be covered by Essentially Haitos. Please know that we appreciate your business and will do our absolute best to ensure your experience with us is a positive one.
Do you ship internationally?
No, I am sorry. We currently only ship within the US and its territories.
What happens if a product is damaged during shipment?
In the unhappy event any of your products arrives damaged, please contact us via email at karen@essentiallyhiatos.com as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. If possible, attach a picture of the damaged item in your email.
How do I change/cancel my order?
Please contact us via email at karen@essentaillyhaitos.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will change or cancel it per your request.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, we offer both Electronic and Physical Gift Cards. You will find them here.
Gift Cards come in a variety of denomications.
Electronic Gift Cards are delivered via email and the Physical Gift Cards will be mailed to your mailing address (unless you opt to pick it up in store).
