Return and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we can not accept returns. It is, however, our utmost priority that you are happy with your Essentially Haitos experience, so under certain conditions we may accept an exchange.

Please note that we are not responsible for products lost during an exchange (products returned to us, not the new item shipped to you). Also, any additional shipping costs incurred during an exchange are the responsibility of the consumer and will not be covered by Essentially Haitos. Please know that we appreciate your business and will do our absolute best to ensure your experience with us is a positive one.

My order was damaged during shipping.  What can I do?

In the unhappy event any of your products arrives damaged, please contact us via email at karen@essentiallyhiatos.com as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. If possible, attach a picture of the damaged item in your email.

May I change / cancel my order?

Absolutely! Please contact us via email at karen@essentaillyhaitos.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will change or cancel it per your request.
