Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. It is, however, our utmost priority that you are happy with your Essentially Haitos experience, so under certain conditions we may accept an exchange. Also, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase in anyway - we will address that on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately so we can find a solution that works for both of us.
Please note that we are not responsible for products lost during an exchange (products returned to us, not the new item shipped to you). Also, any additional shipping costs incurred during an exchange are the responsibility of the consumer and will not be covered by Essentially Haitos.
