This mask is designed to depuff, exfoliate and soften inflamed winter skin (and to support your skin's barrier function) - all with three simple (but ever-powerful) ingredients:
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, coffee and coconut oil - mixing together until you have a paste. Apply to clean skin using a gentle circular motion. Let it sit for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and a soft washcloth. Pat dry - and you're good to go!
Finish with additional moisturizer, if needed.
The caffeine in coffee grounds helps reduce swelling and puffiness (plus the grounds gently exfoliate). The yogurt, in addition to containing probiotics to support your skin, soothes and softens irritated skin. The coconut oil adds much needed moisture, especially at this time of year!
