Refunds and Exchanges:
- Due to the personal nature of our products, we can not accept returns. It is, however, our utmost priority that you are happy with your Essentially Haitos experience, so under certain circumstances, we will replace your product with another product of your choice. - Additional shipping costs incurred during a product replacement will be covered by Essentially Haitos. Know that we appreciate your business and will do our absolute best to ensure your experience with us is a positive one.
- If any of your products arrives damaged, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. If possible, attach a picture of the damaged item in your email.
- If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us via email within 24 hours of placing your order and we will change or cancel it per your request.
