Soft, smooth, kissable lips are just a buff away! This sweet, good-for-your-lips sugar lip scrub gently exfoliates delicate skin and leaves it thoroughly moisturized. Sugar does the scrubbing, whipped mango and other tropical butters, castor, plum and peppermint oils do the pampering. You are left with soft, smooth - and sweet - lips!

Ingredient Highlights

Extra fine pure cane sugar is the exfoliant in this scrub. It is an effective, gently abrasive ingredient. Sugar is a natural humectant, so it helps keep skin (in this case lips) hydrated. Sugar is also known to be a pure, natural source of Glycolic Acid, which helps to break down dead skin cells and encourage fresh cell turnover.

Mango butter, whipped to a smooth, creamy texture, is high in stable Vitamin C and other antioxidants (fighting off those nasty signs of premature aging). It is a light, dry-feeling butter that will moisturize, repair, and revitalize your lips.

Organic castor seed oil has many skin benefits, but it is included in this lip scrub for its moisturizing abilities. It is thick and silky and easily absorbed into the skin. It also leaves a nice shine!

Plum seed oil is included not only for its antioxidant and moisturizing benefits but also for its awesome scent (mild, sweet, marzipan, and nutty aroma). Combine it with peppermint oil—yum!

Organic beet root powder has been shown to improve the health of skin when applied topically; however, we are using it here simply for its other characteristic - its beautiful color and natural tinting abilities.
