  Papain (an enzyme found in papayas) will naturally and effectively exfoliate and brighten your complexion by removing dead skin cells and clearing pores. Combine that with licorice extract (a natural brightening ingredient), niacinamide (shown to visibly even out skin tone), and lightly exfoliating jojoba beads, and your best skin will be visible in no time!

• Papain is an active enzyme found in papayas. It’s a super-charged, skin-brightening exfoliator. It works to dissolve dead, dulling skin cells when it’s applied to the surface of your skin.
  
  Think of your skin as layers of tile. Papain melts the grout between the tiles, allowing old tiles to float off and new tiles to come forward. This process removes excess build-up in the pores and lightens the look of hyperpigmentation. Sweet.
